The festival
The International Film Festival of India (IFFI), founded in 1952, is one of Asia's oldest and most significant film festivals. It is jointly organized by the National Film Development Corporation, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and the Entertainment Society of Goa.
Worth knowing
Since 2004 the festival has had its permanent home in Goa and became internationally competitive. It is now held each year during November and December.
How to attend
The public can register for delegate passes and buy tickets for screenings held at venues in and around Panaji, Goa. Registration and programme details are published on the official IFFI Goa website.
